Xcel Energy has leased the 60,000-square-foot industrial building at 732 SE 30th Ave. in Minneapolis, MN.
The 60,000-square-foot warehouse was constructed in 1967.
Xcel Energy is a utility provider based in Minneapolis that provides services to Minnesota, Michigan, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, New Mexico and Wisconsin, providing electricity and natural gas to millions of customers.
Eric Batiza and Brian Doyle of Colliers International represented the landlord. Chris Garcia of Lee & Associates represented the tenant in lease negotiations.
