Lenders are showing no signs of slowing down in 2018 when it comes to commercial real estate. Due to lack of yield and risk in other categories, lenders see commercial real estate as a strong investment class for 2018. Early 2018 should prove to be stronger as lenders receive favorable allocations and should start out the year eager to lend.
