A Chinese investor purchased the Grove Square shopping center at 13541-13777 Grove Dr. in Maple Grove, MN for $26.8 million, or approximately $140 per square foot, from SIDCOR Real Estate.
The 191,017-square-foot retail center was 92 percent leased at the time of sale.
Tim Prinsen, Amy Senn and Robert Pounds of Colliers International represented the seller. Virginia Ng of Coldwell Banker Burnet represented the buyer.
