REjournals adds Minnesota and Texas Publications and Events. The Minnesota Real Estate Journal and REDNews are now part of a bigger REjournals brand which was reorganized under parent company Real Estate Publishing Corporation. The new Corporate Headquarters is in Minneapolis, Minnesota headed by Jeff Johnson, CEO and Todd Phillips, CFO.
“This expansion gives our customers access to more events, more news, and more opportunities across the Midwest. Our customers are expanding nationally as well and this gives us the opportunity to offer regional and national products, while still maintaining the local touch that makes the Commercial Real Estate Industry tick,” according to Johnson.
The combined company will publish print news and offer networking events in 16 states including three of the five largest MSA’s in the nation; Chicago, Houston, and Dallas.
Phillips adds, “Each of the local offices will continue to operate as they have in the past and all employees are remaining within those local offices. In fact, we have already added to our staff and plan to add three or four more members to the team right away.”
The following products are now part of the same family: REDNews, Minnesota Real Estate Journal, Illinois Real Estate Journal, Midwest Real Estate News, Chicago Industrial Properties, and Retail Space Guide. The combined email news and social media power is expanded nationwide. The company also plans to expand continuing education and networking event offerings across the Midwest, expanding topics such as Women in Real Estate, Awards, Best of the Best and National Conference like the National Net Lease Conference and new national conference offerings.
“I’m looking forward to working with Real Estate Publishing Corporation,” said Mark Menzies, newly name National Publisher. “This is an exciting time for us. We are eager to continue serving our readers and providing them with the commercial real estate news they need to grow their businesses.”
“We thank you for your many years of loyalty to our brands and we are thrilled to bring you even more news, information and opportunity than ever before,” adds Johnson.
