Topgolf, a Dallas-based golf entertainment company, acquired the Regal Theatre at 6420 Camden Ave. N in Brooklyn Center, MN from Regal Cinemas, Inc. for $5.6 million, or about $72 per square foot.
The 78,126-square-foot property was constructed in 1999, and will be demolished for the development of a 65,000-square-foot Topgolf retail facility.
