Prime Therapeutics, a pharmacy benefit manager, has broken ground on its planned 400,000-square-foot office facility at the southeast corner of I-494 and Dodd Rd. in Eagan, MN.
The property will sit on approximately 40 acres in an office park adjacent to the new Minnesota Vikings corporate headquarters. The facility will house Prime Therapeutics’ IT and operations teams while also housing consolidated office staff from four area locations.
The project will be completed in two phases, with the first scheduled to be completed in late 2018 while the second phase is expected to deliver in early 2020.
