Paster Properties acquired a property in Edina, MN from Lund Food Holdings for $8.65 million, or $323 per square foot.
The mixed use property located at 3917 W. 50th St. totals 26,765 square feet. The property is 12,811 square feet of retail space with the remainder of the 13,954 square feet being office space. The property was constructed in 1998 and is anchored by Banana Republic and they have a year and a half left on their lease.
Matt Hazelton, Cory Villaume, AJ Prins and Sean Doyle all of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer and seller in the sale.
