Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGFK) has opened a new office in Minneapolis, MN and has hired Jim Damiani, CCIM, SIOR as executive managing director and John McCarthy as senior managing director to lead the new office.
Damiani was previously with Colliers International. McCarthy was previously with Cushman & Wakefield. The two have worked, competitively and collaboratively, for the past 25 years.
Also joining the new office are Jack Reipke, associate director; Maura Carland, CCIM, research director; Sherry Weaver, administrative manager and a handful of other recruits.
