Investment firm Franklin Templeton has signed New York’s second-largest office lease this year with plans to relocate to SL Green’s One Madison Ave. trophy development once it opens next year. It’s the latest sign of well-resourced tenants seeking new or renovated top-tier properties with appealing amenities and easy transit access to entice and keep talent.
