MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota (January 30, 2018) – FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management company, was recently selected by the communities of The Legacy, Portland Tower and Bassett Creek Lofts.
The Legacy is a long-anticipated luxury development located in the Mill District. With 374 units, it will be the largest urban community built in the Twin Cities in over 15 years. Under construction, The Legacy will occupy a prominent place in the Minneapolis Skyline when occupancy begins in August 2018.
Portland Tower is a 112-unit luxury high-rise condominium. Located in the Downtown East district, residents enjoy proximity to the U.S. Bank Stadium and the newly opened Commons park.
Bassett Creek Lofts, a manufacturing facility built in 1917, is an upscale residence in the North Loop. A mixed-use development, Bassett Creek Lofts has 32 residential units and commercial space.
Property management services for all three communities began January 1, 2018.
