Doran Companies, a Bloomington, MN-based developer, broke ground on The Expo, a 580,000-square-foot multifamily building in the St. Anthony Falls Historic District of downtown Minneapolis.
The 25-story building at 200 University Ave. SE broke ground this month and is expected to deliver in July 2020. The building will offer 368 rental units above 3,000 square feet of retail space.
