Staging Concepts Moving to New Brooklyn Park Industrial Development
Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq Arranges Lease for The Opus Group’s Speculative Project
Minneapolis-based Staging Concepts will move into 65,000 square feet in the recently completed 169 North Business Center in Brooklyn Park, Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq and The Opus Group announced today.
Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq Executive Directors Brent Masica and Jason Meyer represented Opus in the lease negotiations. Staging Concepts will move into the 145,800-square-foot building, constructed in 2015.
“The 169 North Business Center is an ideal location for Staging Concepts to continue growing its business,” said Masica. “The Highway 169 corridor provides easy access to all parts of the metro, quality labor and continues to be a highly sought-after submarket.”
Staging Concepts is a manufacturer of modular, custom staging solutions for event venues.
The 169 North Business Center includes 24-foot-clear heights and sits at the intersection of Highway 169 and 85th Avenue in Brooklyn Park. Approximately 80,000 s.f. remains available for lease at the property.
