Levy served as COO for Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s $400 billion asset management platform prior to joining Crow Holdings’ senior leadership team last year following an extensive global search by the firm. In his 18 years with Morgan Stanley, he also served as the firm’s head of traditional asset management, COO and CFO of real estate investments, and co-head of U.S. real estate investment banking.

DePizzol has represented some of Denver’s biggest companies, including AECOM and Gates Corp., and specializes in energy and law firm tenant rep.

Formerly a director at Stan Johnson Co., Burdette brings more than a decade of experience to JLL. He has a real estate broker license in Georgia, South Carolina, New Mexico and Oregon.

McNamara was previously at Capital Commercial Group, where he worked with tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers with their industrial sale and leasing needs as well as 1031 exchanges.

Richards joins Transwestern after having led the sustainability program at First Potomac Realty Trust. In that role, he developed and implemented energy and sustainability programs, managed LEED certification projects and established standard operating procedures for sustainability initiatives related to waste management, cleaning and alternative transportation. He also previously worked as an environmental scientist at OmniSystems and as a climate strategist at Conservation International.

Prior to joining JAG, Ikeler spent three years as part of a senior team within Stanford University’s real estate group, a platform responsible for managing Stanford’s non-academic commercial land endowment, which totals more than 14 million square feet and is valued at $4.5 billion. Before that he served as a senior financial analyst with the Mid-Atlantic real estate investment banking team at JLL. He also previously served as a senior research analyst with CoStar Group.

Nicholson joins Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer after having interned on Capitol Hill with a lobbying firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in history from Florida State University.
