Duke Realty Promotes Schnur to Sr. Regional EVP

Steven Schnur has been promoted to senior regional executive vice president at Duke Realty. Based in the firm’s Indianapolis, IN office, Schnur will take on additional responsibility for overseeing the company’s East and West Regions while continuing to lead its Midwest Region and serving on its executive, operating and investment committees.
Previously, Schnur was regional executive vice president of the Midwest region and before that was senior vice president of the firm’s Chicago operations before assuming responsibility for the company’s Minneapolis and St. Louis markets. He joined Duke Realty in 2003 as vice president of leasing after serving as director of real estate at Opus North.

Marcus & Millichap Hires Anton as Sr. Managing Dir

Marcus & Millichap has tapped Eric Michael Anton as a senior managing director in its New York City office to build a team focused on the market’s core transactions between $50 million and $200 million.
Anton brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, most recently as a senior managing director with HFF, where he specialized in investment sales. Before that he was a managing partner with Brookfield Financial’s New York office and a top investment sales broker at Eastern Consolidated. Anton began his career at construction firm Lend Lease.

Allred Joins Avison Young in Las Vegas

Natalie Allred has joined Avison Young as a principal in firm’s Las Vegas office and a vice president of property management. In her new role, Allred will lead the firm’s property management group and integrate with Avison Young’s national investor services platform.
Allred brings more than 25 years of experience in all facets of commercial property and asset management experience, most recently serving as an executive vice president at The Equity Group in Las Vegas. Before that she was a regional property manager and broker with Vestar Properties, Inc. and held similar positions with American Nevada Company, TEG1 and Pan Pacific Retail Properties.

Gabbaian Joins NAI Capital in West LA

Joseph Gabbaian has joined NAI Capital as an executive vice president in the firm’s Los Angeles, CA office, where he will continue representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in commercial transactions across Southern California.
Gabbaian brings more than 37 years of industry experience, most recently as a principal with Avison Young in its Southern California region, where he focused on sales and leasing across all commercial property types. He began his commercial real estate career with Moore Commercial in Denver, CO before founding his own real estate brokerage and management firm in the early 1980s.

Kidder Mathews Hires Krieger as SVP

Dean Krieger has joined Kidder Mathews as a senior vice president in the firm’s Irvine, CA office. He will focus on tenant representation for industrial users throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County markets.
The commercial real estate veteran brings more than 30 years of industry experience, most recently with Cresa Corporate Real Estate and before that with Lee & Associates. Throughout his career, Krieger has leased and sold more than 8.9 million square feet of industrial and office properties in addition to more than 260 acres of land for a client list that includes Sub-Zero, Husqvarna and Test Rite Products.

Wunderlich Returns to Cushman & Wakefield as Director

Carl Wunderlich has rejoined Cushman & Wakefield, taking on the role of director of tenant and landlord representation with a focus on suburban retail for the Westchester and Connecticut markets.
A commercial real estate veteran with more than 15 years of experience, Wunderlich was most recently with Urstadt Biddle Properties, Inc., where he served as a senior leasing representative responsible for leasing a portfolio of mixed-use properties totaling more than 1.3 million square feet. Before that he was an associate director for retail services at Cushman & Wakefield, and was with JLL before that.

Kearny Hires Miro as Director of Property Mgmt

Sonia Miró (pictured) has joined Kearny Real Estate as director of property management. In addition, John DeSantis and Teresa Souris have joined the local San Diego property management team.
In her new role, Miró will handle third-party management assignments and property management efforts for the firm. Miró brings more than three decades of experience in the management of commercial office and industrial properties, including most recently at BioMed Realty. DeSantis will handle analytic and financial modeling, joining the firm from Phase 3 Real Estate Partners. Souris joins the firm as a property administrator from Lincoln Property Company.

Ware Malcomb Promotes Kang to Director

Cindy Kang has been promoted to director of interior architecture and design in Ware Malcomb’s Seattle, WA office.
Kang brings more than 25 years of interior design experience across the Seattle metro area, having spent the past 20 years at Connell Design Group before it was acquired by Ware Malcomb and Kang took on the role of studio manager of the interiors team for the Seattle office. Kang worked with building owners, landlords, property managers and brokers to facilitate thousands of tenant improvement projects for various office and retail spaces, medical clinics, restaurants and dining halls, and industrial users throughout the greater Puget Sound region.
