It’s the latest of several changes to Cushman’s senior management team in the Americas, including the assignment earlier this month of brokerage and capital markets CEO Joe Stettinius to the position of executive vice chairman, strategic investments, and handing global capital markets and investor services CEO Carlo Sant’Albano the added role of chief executive overseeing those functions in the Americas. …full story

Schoppmann joined CBRE in 2007 as managing director of brokerage services after having previously worked as a consulting partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, roles that saw her head up global teams responsible for sales and marketing strategies, enterprise software development and business process improvement. As the Manhattan market leader for CBRE, Schoppmann oversees the day-to-day sales operations for all service lines in the market.

Prior to joining CBC Advisors, Abdo spent 12 years at Winoker Realty, where he focused on growing landlord and tenant relationships and was eventually promoted to partner. After selling that business in 2014, he joined CBC Advisors and served as executive managing director of leasing and sales. Abdo began his real estate career in 1986 when he joined Newmark & Company, working at the firm’s West Side office for 17 years.

Akhee was most recently a sales specialist for Marcus & Millichap, overseeing multifamily and retail products. Before that he worked for wealth management firm, AXA Advisors. Evans also worked for Marcus & Millichap, where he was authorized to sell 1 million square feet of property in the Southeast during his first 12 months in the business.

Before his appointment to Schuckman, Dickey led retail leasing at Cohen Equities and managed a five million square foot portfolio across 27 states. Earlier in his career, he closed on more than $60 million in Manhattan and Brooklyn office and retail assets as director of brokerage with NAI Global of NYC. He has also worked as a leasing representative with Acadia Realty Trust.

In his career, he has been involved in acquisition analysis, due diligence, renovation, new construction, and lease-up for properties in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri and North Carolina. He has also managed conventional, tax credit, senior housing and student housing portfolios. The 20-year industry veteran joins Lloyd Jones Capital from multifamily property management firm SIMC Management, where he spent the past year as a regional property manager. He also spent time at SB Residential, JRK Property Holdings and Ledic Realty Co.

Wood earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Coastal Carolina University.
