Keystone Properties Names Gottlieb New President, COO

Keystone Property Group has tapped Richard S. Gottlieb to serve a president and chief operating officer after serving in management roles for the company over the last 12 years. Gottlieb will oversee all operations, development, management and leasing of the firm’s portfolio across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
Prior to his time at Keystone, Gottlieb served as a senior vice president at Stoltz Management Co. and also served in various capacities with Prentiss Properties Trust and Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust.

Lloyd Jones Capital Appoints New President, COO

Holly Costello has been appointed president and chief operating officer of Lloyd Jones Capital’s operations group in the firm’s Miami, FL office. Costello will manage the firm’s Southeast offices and joins the firm’s executive and investment committees.
Costello has been in the multifamily real estate industry for more than 25 years, working with CPM Services, Balfour Beatty and Walden Residential. She is experienced in multifamily portfolio positioning across military, student and affordable housing communities.

Cooper Named President of Arch-Con Construction

Arch-Con Construction, a Texas-based general contractor based in Houston, has appointed Jason Cooper to succeed company founder Michael Scheurich as president.
In his new position, Cooper will focus on operational decisions, risk management, and the day-to-day operation of the company. Previously, he served as senior vice president of Arch-Con Construction’s industrial and office divisions for six years. He is a graduate of Texas A&M.

SRS Taps Stonis, Mayson to Lead Southeast Group

SRS Real Estate Partners has selected managing principal Kyle Stonis, CCIM and principal Pierce Mayson to lead its investment properties group for the Southeast. Stonis and Mayson joined SRS’ Atlanta office in 2011. The pair will oversee multi-tenant retail investment sales, expansion efforts and recruiting in the region.
Joining Stonis and Mayson in SRS’ investment properties group is Rob Whitmore, an investment sales expert who joins the team as senior vice president in the firm’s Jacksonville, FL office.

Lee & Associates has promoted Garrett Drew to principal in its Oakland, CA office. Drew joined Lee & Associates in 2014 as an associate after having worked as an associate with Colliers International.
Following the promotion, Drew will specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial/R&D properties along the South 880 corridor that incorporates Newark, Fremont, Milpitas and San Jose. Garrett is an Easy Bay native and graduate of Azusa Pacific University.

Walker Makes Move to Moran & Co

Moran & Co. has recruited Curtis Walker as a partner. Based in Atlanta, Walker will help drive the expansion of Moran & Co.’s multifamily brokerage service lines in the Southeast, as well as establish and cultivate relationships with top clients.
As the former Wood Partners acquisitions director, Walker was directly involved in the acquisition of approximately $750 million of multifamily investments. He joined Wood after managing multifamily development in the Southeast region as a senior vice president with Trammell Crow Co.
