Centerbridge, GIC To Acquire Indus Realty for $868 Million

Affiliates of Centerbridge Partners, a global private investment firm, and Singapore’s GIC Real Estate have reached a definitive agreement to acquire Indus Realty Trust, a New York-based industrial real estate investment trust, in an all-cash deal valued at $868 million.
