CBRE Multifamily represented Healey Ramme Company in the sale and contribution of Southfork Townhomes, a 272-unit multifamily community at 18001 Jubilee Way, to Investors Real Estate Trust. Healey Ramme Company was represented by the Minneapolis-based team of Keith Collins, Abe Appert and Ted Abramson.
