Ineichen-landmark Towers LLC has retained CBRE Group, Inc. to market for sale its 4-Star corporate headquarters office building located at 45 4th Ave. N in downtown St. Paul, MN.
The Landmark Towers building delivered in 1982 in the heart of Downtown St. Paul. The 25-story, multi-tenant tower was recently upgraded with state-of-the-art executive lobby and conference center.
The brokers handling the offering are Frank Sherwood, Dick Keller, Jerry Driessen and Chris Gliedman.
