CBRE Capital Markets has arranged the sale of two Twin Cities industrial buildings, totaling 159,516 square feet, to Onward Investors, LLC.
Judd Welliver, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil, Tom Holtz and Bentley Smith in CBRE’s Minneapolis office represented the seller, Big River Real Estate, LLC.
“These two assets close out and round trip our first Fund, “ said CEO and Fund Manager Ryan P. Mallery. “CBRE did an excellent job not only with marketing the portfolio and soliciting offers on our behalf, but also on advising us and helping to complete the detail work associated with executing a closing. We are very pleased with the outcome.”
The sale includes two 100 percent leased multi-tenant industrial properties, located at
2265 County Road C in Roseville and 407 West 60th Street in Minneapolis.
