CBRE Capital Markets has arranged the sale of two Twin Cities industrial buildings, totaling 159,516 square feet, to Onward Investors, LLC.
Judd Welliver, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil, Tom Holtz and Bentley Smith in CBRE’s Minneapolis office represented the seller, Big River Real Estate, LLC.

The sale includes two 100 percent leased multi-tenant industrial properties, located at
2265 County Road C in Roseville and 407 West 60th Street in Minneapolis.
