Bridgewater Bank, a leading Minnesota bank focused on meeting the unique needs of successful individuals and entrepreneurs, celebrated the groundbreaking of its St. Louis Park corporate center on August 8, 2018, as part of the Bank’s planned expansion into the community. Representatives from Bridgewater Bank, the City of St. Louis Park, Reuter Walton Construction and DJR Architecture, Inc. attended the ceremony to break ground on the project. The approximately 84,000 square-foot, fourstory building will include retail and office space and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2020. Bridgewater Bank President and Chief Executive Officer opened the groundbreaking\ ceremony with comments. “This marks an exciting new chapter for Bridgewater Bank and the city. Our corporate center positions us as a premier employer in St. Louis Park, while providing the right infrastructure for anticipated growth,” says Baack. When complete, the state-of-the-art corporate center will be located on the corner of Monterey Drive and Excelsior Boulevard in St. Louis Park. The first floor will feature Bridgewater Bank’s full-service retail space, where a concierge-style team will serve the Bank’s clients. It will also have retail space that could feature restaurant and fitness tenants. The second, third and fourth floors will include the Bank’s corporate offices and opportunities for additional tenants. Building amenities include a plaza with outdoor seating and space for public art. Three levels of structured parking adjacent to the building will ensure ease of access to the facility.
Bridgewater Bank has an existing branch located at 4400 Excelsior Boulevard. The Bank intends to serve clients at this branch location until the corporate center is open.
