VStar Entertainment Group, a family entertainment production company and producer of “Sesame Street Live,” has signed a triple-net lease for 104,818 square feet at the Northern Stacks IV building at 4605 Lyndale Ave. N in Minneapolis, MN.
The single-story industrial building will total 177,600 square feet and is currently being developed by Minnetonka-based Hyde Development and Gold Valley’s M.A. Mortenson Co. The property is expected to deliver in December of this year.
VStar will occupy nearly 60 percent of the space currently available at the building and will join tenants Dero Bike Racks and Everest Climbing Industries there.
Eric Batiza and Jason Simek of Colliers International represented the landlord in lease negotiations.
