US Music Capitals Continue To Add Record Levels of Luxury Hotel Rooms

The Austin and Nashville markets have consistently ranked among the top 20 U.S. markets for having the most hotel rooms under construction. According to STR, CoStar’s hospitality analytics firm, Austin has added a total of 11,000 new hotel rooms from January 2019 through January 2023, with Nashville adding nearly 14,000 new rooms during the same period.
