Timberland Partners has promoted Mary Kahl, Andrea Brown and Dan Hoiby to new positions within it’s Bloomington, MN office.
Kahl was promoted to the newly-created role of senior vice president of property management. In her new role, Kahl will be tasked with growth and development of operations at Timberland Partners. She joined Timberland Partners as a regional manager back in 2009 and before that was with such firms as Goldmark, AIMCO, Insignia, Dominium and Village Green.
Brown has been with Timberland Partners since 2002. She started as a staff accountant and will now serve as controller for the company. In her new role, Brown will oversee the accounting department and manage overall corporate accounting for Timberland Partners.
Hoiby also joined Timberland Partners in 2002, initially in the controller role. Dan was promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His role with the company will be to optimize Timberland Partner’s financial performance into the future.
