Ryan announced today plans to develop a 50,000 square foot medical office building in Blaine, MN, a growing suburb of Minneapolis. The two-story, Class A, medical office building, named Blaine Health Center, will be located at 11161 Ulysses St. NE. Positioned along Highway 65; Blaine Health Center is anticipated to provide excellent visibility and access for patients. The project will be situated directly adjacent to Twin Cities Orthopedics’ proposed facility and the Noran Neurological medical office building on Ulysses St. NE.
“Providing the best patient experience is one of our chief goals when planning a new healthcare development,” said Erwin Effler III, Vice President of Real Estate Development, Ryan Companies. “Patients want a highly visible, easily accessible, affordable and hassle free experience when they seek care. Blaine Health Center will offer patients and providers the promise of that opportunity.”
Pre-leasing efforts for the property have begun. Ryan anticipates significant interest from healthcare providers given the demographics and growing population in Blaine.
“Blaine is an attractive area for healthcare providers given the growing number of families locating to the area,” said Rodney Lee of Premier Commercial Properties, the broker for the project. “Blaine Health Center will create an ideal ‘medical corridor’ off Highway 65 that is set to become the destination for care in the Northeast metro market.”
Premier Commercial Properties, LLC, has been hired to market the building and brings a vast knowledge of the market in the northern suburbs. Premier has fully leased two other medical facilities in the area consisting of 85,000 sq. ft. and 60,000 sq. ft. and continues to be a dominant broker in the northern suburbs
