PetCo signed a 10-year retail lease for 12,000 square feet in the Southtown Shopping Center located at 7801-7997 Southtown Ctr. in Bloomington, MN.
The 476,498-square-foot shopping center is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, Party City and Dress Barn. It was originally constructed in 1959.
Dan Mossey of Kraus-Anderson Realty Company represented PetCo in the deal.
