One of downtown Dallas’ tallest skyscrapers is getting a multimillion-dollar makeover and a new name after one of its largest office tenants — and namesake — exited the tower for new space fronting Klyde Warren Park, the deck park over one of the city’s busiest freeways between downtown and Uptown Dallas.
