Office Leasing Exceeding Historical Norms in Nashville, But Vacancies Still Rise

Nashville’s office market has changed tremendously in just the past four years as major corporations, including Amazon, AllianceBernstein and Oracle, have established offices here. Developers have responded by constructing nearly 7 million square feet of high-quality office space, or just over 7% of the market’s inventory, since mid-2019 alone.
