Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Industrial Street Townhomes, a 42-unit apartment property located in Hudson, Wisconsin, according to Jon Ruzicka, regional manager of the firm’s Minneapolis office. The asset sold for $4,860,000 or $115,714 per door.
Evan Miller and Chris Collins, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office and members within the firm’s exclusive National Multi-Housing Group, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was also procured by Miller and Collins. Todd Lindblom, Regional Manager of the firm’s Milwaukee office and Broker or Record, assisted in closing this transaction. This property marks the 32nd transaction Miller, Collins and the rest of the apartment team within Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office have sold since 2018.
