The California outpost of Tuopu, an automotive parts company headquartered in Ningbo, China, is taking over nearly 73,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space in Oakland, California. The yearlong sublease, which began in December 2023, establishes Tuopu’s second location in the Bay Area.
